MAGSTATION™ II
IMR analyzer for polymer research and quality control

MAGSTATION™ II
The Mag Station™ II Industrial Magnetic Resonance (IMR) provides dependable, rapid analysis of polymer properties with no sample preparation required. Typical applications include XS, C2, FM, and Charpy (PP), as well as density (PE). Automated sample temperature control and sampling improves operator independence. The equipment is engineered to analyze powders, pellets, slurries, or liquids over a wide range of temperatures as required.
Each sample can be tested for multiple polymer properties simultaneously (chemical, physical, mechanical) with all results automatically transferred to the plant. Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) The MagStation II software provides efficient, simple functionality for plant users and advanced capability for researchers and managers. All NMR laboratory methods are compatible with LexMar Global online process solutions, including the Mag Module™ II.
